Licence terms
Last updated: November 5, 2026
These terms apply to the plugins and other products you buy from Softdiscover (“we”, “us”) on this shop. By buying or using a product you agree to them.
1. Your licence
Each purchase gives you a licence key: a personal, non-transferable right to use the product on your own websites or your clients’ websites, personal or commercial.
- Number of websites: your plan sets how many websites the licence can be active on at the same time (for example 1, 3, 25 or 1000). The product page shows each plan’s limit.
- Moving to another website: deactivate the licence on the old website first; that frees the place for the new one.
- Your key is yours: do not share, resell or publish it.
2. Updates, support and renewal
- A licence includes one year of updates and support from the date of purchase.
- Renew for another year to keep receiving them. Renewals are charged at the price shown when you renew.
- If you do not renew, the licence expires: new updates and support stop, but you may keep using, and downloading from your account, the latest version released while your licence was active.
- Support is given by email at [email protected] and covers the product’s own features, not custom development.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the product, alone or as part of another product, without our written consent.
- Remove or work around the licence check, or use the product on more websites than your plan allows.
- Use the product for anything unlawful, such as spreading malware or collecting data without consent.
4. Ownership
The products, their code, designs and documentation belong to Softdiscover and are protected by copyright. A licence gives you the right to use a product, not ownership of it. Parts released under the GPL, where present, keep the rights the GPL gives you.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Prices may change at any time; a change never affects an order already paid. Refunds follow our Refund policy.
6. Ending a licence
We may turn off a licence that is used against these terms, for example shared publicly or used on more websites than its plan allows. A refunded licence is turned off too.
7. No warranty and limits of liability
The products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products. Always keep backups of your websites.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the products after a change means you accept the new terms.
